Well am finally down again not up. Missed walking yesterday people were to sore to go. Hopefully tho todays forcast for rain and tunder storms does affect being able to walk today. i dont think ill make the slimmer by summer challange but thats ok I'm still lossing and thats what counts.
96.3 kg Lost so far: 2.2 kg.    Still to go: 14.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
