Start of the Christmas reclaim !! I did not restrict myself at all over Christmas - so for two weeks I did not count anything and the result was 7 lbs on but I had a lovely time ;) I have always put weight back on when I have lost it but am determined to pull myself back - so a pound is a pound :) it's so positive on here - everyone is lovely and supportive - we can all do it ! :)
