Inaccurate body fat percentage from body composition scanner - 7.7 % - little lower than yesterday.

Inaccurate waist measurement across navel: 79.2 cm - 3 mm up from yesterday (hmm lol)

57.6 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg. Still to go: 1.6 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.7 kg a Week
