Lost 4 pounds for the month, while that is not great I did eat like a maniac for the last 2 weeks of December. This month I really want to lose 10, but I would be so happy wi. 7! That is my focus and my goal, walk everyday and don’t mindlessly eat because of stress.
86.2 kg Lost so far: 23.7 kg.    Still to go: 37.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
