I’ve hit a wall, what do I do? How do I surpass it?
59.0 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Change your exercise routine a little -- your body gets used to patterns, so try to shake out of a groove if you started making one

Assuming you're female, apparently this is a common weight loss "style" for women. Drop and stop, then drop again and stop again. Hebrewz' advice is spot on.

Hang in there! You will overcome! If you want to try something different- maybe do a fast; or go the opposite way. Eat everything for one day - then back on the program! You want to try to trick your body!
