Waiting to hear back on a covid test, feeling awful so working out is a no go at the moment. Been feeling down about my weight for the past couple months
Started a new birth control in June last year and gained 20 pounds as a result to an increased appetite. I’ve since stopped said birth control and have been off it for about 2 months now. My hormones are balancing out and I get that.
But now that I’m making better decisions about my foods and how much I eat I still don’t see that number go down, only up.
Where am I going wrong?
