I started 2021 at 150.3 pounds, ending at 150.1. Since my primary goal is to at least maintain, I'll take that. I bobbled up this year, which concerned me. It's been two years since I lost significant weight, and it's common to regain in two to five years. Didn't want to do that. Have a Happy New Year, everyone!
68.1 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
