I have been way off track on eating right, but I feel pretty good today just from walking around the frisbee park with my dog this afternoon and also not overeating yet today. Just some yogurt and nuts for breakfast and a small hamburger and grapes for lunch. I've scheduled a personal training session at the Y for next week, which is a step in the right direction. Every little positive action counts. I heard someone say, if you can get up and walk for just 5 minutes, you can walk for 15. It's just the motivation to get off my ass in the first place that's the hardest thing to do.
90.5 kg Lost so far: 5.6 kg.    Still to go: 22.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
