Inflammation down Going to try and get it all off and back as low as I was. My muscle mass has increased from yoga stretching abs sone exercises. I do a nightly Cherokee dance. I’m not really able, but I bounce and keep my heart rate up 20 minutes. I can see a difference. Onward! Have a gorgeous day!💜🤗🌻🌈
