I started doing Pilates first thing in the morning because I wanted to get it over with. I discovered that I wasn't limber enough then so I'm back to my old schedule. Now that I'm up to an hour a day, I decided to split it into two 30-minute sessions, partly because I'm too ADD to do an hour, partly to make it easier, partly because it's getting hot and humid (we've had a run of 85-90 degree days). I'm taking today (Sunday) off.
72.4 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 13.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week
