It has been a self-sabotage eating binge of cookies and chocolate. I feel disgusting and really need to listen to my body more. I want to be thin.
74.3 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 13.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
