I ate well over goal yesterday (almost 2300 calories) but still decreased today. 😁 Today has been lower...regular breakfast but no actual lunch. I just had a late afternoon snack of popcorn & a seltzer.

I am terrible about last minute Christmas shopping. I was focused on gifts for my kids & our family gift exchange that needed to be purchased by this past Sunday. During the last week Hubby mentioned a couple of things he'd like. I looked online but Amazon (even Prime) was showing delivery after Christmas. I decided to go out this afternoon & get one item I knew was sold in a store....30 miles away....and took a chance on finding the other. Success!! 😃 We don't make a big deal out of gift giving anymore but I wanted something for him to unwrap. Happy with finding what I was looking for with minimal fuss & bother. Stopped & got 2 gift cards & I'm done ✔

Hubby & I sat down after dinner last night to watch TV....I made it through Yellowstone but we started 1883 & I started falling asleep. Hubby looked over & said maybe it was time for bed...I agreed...I was so tired. Much more energetic today after a good night's rest.

I think I going to do some pasta tonight for dinner....throw together some tomatoes, some left over chicken & spinach for a meal.

65.6 kg Lost so far: 12.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
