10%. I really feel this change doing something! I am staying away from breads completely this week, only taking carbs in either from veggies (I have found broccoli to be my power food!). The calorie intake has been consistent and just enough to fuel me through the day with "slight" hunger by night's end. But I think I've gotten that on "double job" days because I'm up and about from 7am to 9pm. Other than that I firmly believe this is something I can consistently do. So I am hoping to keep this veggie carbs for weeks to come and have only one...yes...ONE...not three cheat meal/day.

54.4 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gerdik, you have such strong will power. I admire your exercise & food intake. I found myself having a slice of ezekiel bread helps me not to reach for other poor choice of food later on. I think it helps me to have enough serotonin to keep my body happy. Your body fat number is SUPER already, buddy! Happy Thursday:)
