This week has been something else. I found I wasn't getting enough protein daily and I was having trouble squeezing all the necessary protein into my 1200cal diet, so I opted for a protein isolate shake to supplement what I was already getting. Well I have to say I'm getting my protein and then some now but I've run into another issue. Now I'm having trouble getting 1200 calories in a healthy way. All week I've found I'm coming in under my 1200 cal target, which is great for dropping immediate pounds I suppose but not so great for long term control. I have no appetite this week and I'm not sure if it's the ozempic injections (which didn't seem to have the effect, to this extent anyways, the last three weeks) or if the protein is just putting me over the edge. Without the shake I can't hit my protein goals, with it I have no appetite. would eating a couple cookies to meet the 1200 cal mark be better then not meeting it?

That’s normal!! the more protein you’ll eat the more full you’ll feel. It last longer than just carbohydrates or fat :)
