I had a stomach flu , so lost 2kg in 2 days. Now, I need to loose another 2 kg. Hope I can hold onto that weight.

52.3 kg Lost so far: 9.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
