So, I've done the HCG Diet which did work great! However, if you really don't watch what you eat after you've completed your phases of that diet, you can put that weight on very fast. I did the HCG twice, and I found that the second time around it was very hard for me. I kept cheating and just got burned out on it. Therefore, I decided to look for something that was going to be a little more long lasting and a true change of eating. Alas, The Paleo Diet. So, that being said, I will do this way of eating and see what happens. Wish me luck! :o)

Good luck on your switch! :) You're doing great. I just switched *back* to hCG as you left it. I only did one round last time. We'll see how far I take it this time.
