Continuing to work..scratch that...DEVOTE some personal time...to myself...Decided to spend the money to go to a personal trainer at his home gym three days a week..As a support person, accountability partner and most importantly someone who can keep me focused and organized about this process...I argued inside myself about spending the $..but felt God say...YOU are WORTH SPENDING MONEY ON!...Interestingly, an hour after I made the decision to move forward on it..Money instantly showed up that paid for a whole month of using a personal trainer..(COOL GOD story and a GREAT GOD lesson for me.)Started Monday with a free consultation. Jim is awesome..We went over my history and my objectives..One thing he asked me to trust him on is to eat more calories..and to not swing from cleanses to starving diets to serious deprivation of things I enjoy..He said that you can never succeed long term doing that...He showed me the site www.health-calc.com and taught me about energy expenditure and calories, etc..VERY informative and was an AHA moment..Changed my whole outlook on food and what I was eating and realizing the importance of physical activities of some kind...Started walking with a friend yesterday..30 minutes a day and will move up slowly..Return to the gym with my trainer tomorrow..Preparing healthy but yummy foods ahead of time and having fun with it all..This seems to make a big difference for me..Weighed today..lost somewhere between 2.5 to 3 pounds...
82.8 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 19.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
