Feels like a roller coaster ride. I just added creatine to my workout supplements 5 days ago and am not sure if this might be causing this fluctuation in weight. I guess we will have to wait and see. Stay positive everyone we will make our goals.
83.5 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

creatine monohydrate takes a long time for it to really take effect and cause that creatine water gain, unless you do a loading phase.

I am taking HCL and not monohydrate.

That form is just absorbed better then monohydrate. You would still need a loading phase with it other wise it's about 1 full month. If you're worried about water gain switch over to creatine ethyl ester, its suppose to hold less water. Couldn't tell you if it's true or not tho.

Thanks for the suggestion. I will look into it. I was told there is no loading for HCL and that was the only one available at the time.

You don't have to load it if you plan on using long term. It will just take a month for your body to be fully saturated. If you cycle it say 6wks on 2 wks off you obviously want to front load the first week so it's kicked in by the second week. Ask 100 people and I'm sure you get 100 different answers. You just gotta see what work for you . Good luck

I take 5g every day, scoop right down the gully chased with water, that way it I’m not mixing it forever In water. Good luck!

I always mix it with a protein shake. Makes it a little easier to take.
