Finally! I have reached my first GW and it only took what feels like a lifetime to do! Hopefully I can reach my next GW of 155. Finger crossed 🤞🏼

74.8 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg. Still to go: 9.0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 2.5 kg a Week
