ugh... still no significant drop. I'm really hating being 1kg up.

But I did have a pretty clean eating day and made sure to have plenty of veg and some flax. really hoping the next few days bring some positive changes.
62.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 2.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
