Will found out I am pre diabetic. Need to watch what I eat. Did 6 loads of laundry today. Go back to work tomorrow night. Bought some baby chicks they are now in the stock tank until they are bigger. Went out today and the temp on them was 100 had to move the tank and take the heat lamp off of them. Way to hot. One more load of clothes to fold. Going to try to take a nap this afternoon.
80.1 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

100! Holy cow! It got to the 70's here and it's like a heat wave right now. We used to have baby chicks every year growing up, they're so cute and soft when they're little. The bad news is that you found out you're pre-diabetic, the good news is you're taking steps to make yourself healthy. Hopefully it's just more motivation to do the right things. Good luck!!
