Wow, took two weeks to get rid of the TG weight! Now it seems I have a different holiday parties to attend...like to to three a week...no wonder I gained so much last year (even in the age of Covid!) So, what's the plan? There is no plan...except one...monitor intake and output

This really is a tricky time of year for me....
94.2 kg Lost so far: 40.6 kg.    Still to go: 1.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
