This morning I did:
Heather Robertson - Day 3: Chest & Back Workout

Thanks Wifey! It was a great one! Had to modify a bit because I chose the space next to my bed to workout (it's warmer than the lounge that early in the morning) and there's not much room for superman moves - so I did some russian twists and crunches when she did those, instead. Will hopefully do another one tomorrow or Sunday - probably Day 6, the full body one.

The blender actually arrived yesterday just before the delivery cut-off time so we are well chuffed! Will be making soup soon! First one will be a Thai sweet potato and coconut milk one. Hopefully nice and spicy with ginger and leeks.

So, I'm quite happy with today's weigh-in since I weighed 69.5kg last Friday. I will try to track until next Friday morning and hopefully at least maintain until then. 'Tis the season to be jolly and all that...

We had glorious blue skies this morning, which is always a blessing. Going a bit grey now, but still sunny, so I might need to take myself for a walk this afternoon. Have a great Friday everyone!!! xxx

Thanks Becca! Nope, it was raining pretty much all day, but I got some serious cleaning done so feeling some accomplishment - now for some relaxing and watching a movie this evening. We are keen to go for a walk in a park tomorrow though so fingers crossed. Hope those blue skies make an appearance for you too this weekend! Have a good one!!! 🤗❤️
