I’m starting to think water weight has a little to do with my loss for this week. I’m consuming anywhere from 100-130oz a day. And lifting weights and a small amount of cardio 6 days a week. While consuming 1800 calories a day.


Have a great day and keep it up. We all have goals and we will make them.
83.7 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
