💜 Note to Self:
Put those pants on and strut all day long 💜😊💪🦵💜!!!
I was so excited to see my numbers this morning...I haven't been weighing myself (I have been having an unhealthy relationship with my scale lately, and apparently this morning is no different.) I have been on point with my nutrition and killing the workouts, 5 days a week 1 hour KILLER Workouts.... haven't missed a one even when I really didn't want to do it I still gave100%! .... I comfortably wore a pair of pants this week that I haven't been able to get past my hips for years.... So I was excited to see my weight loss🙂but then 😳😮🤨😟
I can visibly see a difference in my arms, abs and glutes... I could have cried/screamed when the scale showed a 2 pound increase! The very reason I have been avoiding the scale. So screw the scale I'm going to put on those pants.... let them be the judge of how well I have been doing on my journey to a healthier me 💜🦵💪🍎🥦💜

Makes sense, though! muscle weighs more than fat. if you can access a scale that shows a fat % that will be more accurate. I've only lost about 5 lbs but lost 10% fat because of CrossFit 5x a week!
