Thank you Lord!! It’s working!! Yassss!! 3 pounds down in one week and ain’t no stopping me :)
87.9 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 9.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

3pounds in a week is a bunch. You might get that in the beginning but it’ll be harder as time goes by. Just figure a pound as being 3500 calories. Cut that amount off your weekly intake or exercise and burn those calories over your maintenance calories and you’ll probably loose 1 pound. Rock on! ✌️ Weight training can substantially change that number cause muscle requires more calories to maintain. 💪💪 work it!

@60 thanks for the great advice! I’m currently doing Tae-Bo weekly and just bought a resistance training kit. In addition, I breastfeed twins so I get so much needed extra calories burned too. This has actually been fun so far!
