If you are mentally ready, hit the reset button and start again. I just did that myself after 3 grueling weeks of shit at home. I could not start earlier because I just was not in the right mental place to get focused on my own health. If you do not focus on YOUR health, who will?

Thanks guys. It’s been a rough two weeks. I got a shot in my knee and scheduled for a total knee replacement for next March and my beloved washer died. I spent $150 to be told it couldn’t be fixed, had to buy a new one, which I had to go into debt for, and when they came to install it Monday, I was told they couldn’t install until I had a plumber come in. The plumber came today snd charged me another $150 to screw a new faucet onto the faucet that was there, with a shut off valve, rather than doing a $400 repair that would require cutting out the drywall, which they wouldn’t replace. That and a few other annoyances just threw me totally off. Ugh!
