I don’t k ow what’s going on. So Frustrated. I haven’t cheated and really been focused. Going to try Apple day today.

You weigh daily. Track either weekly or monthly trends. Unless we eat drink sweat pee the exact same amounts each day we will fluctuate. It's all good. Stay the course.

Daily is fine. Wasn't trying to be bossy. I weight daily sometimes twice. I make a spreadsheet in excel and average over a month. Makes the fluctuations a little more manageable.and shows the trend either loss or gain.
