Packed up the Fall decor today.

Got a walk in. Temperatures are cool...wearing a fleece jacket, scarf & gloves these days. It's still a pleasant walk.

Hot Italian sausages, black beans & brown rice with quinoa on tonight's menu.
64.9 kg Lost so far: 13.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
