Here we are end of November. It’s never to late to pick up where you’ve left off. I have to at least get to 145 I know I can get to 150 and I was so close. 170 isn’t bad but I would’ve preferred to have gained muscle than fat if I was going back up lol I know where I went wrong I can and will get there 💪🏼💪🏼
