Traveled 2 days. I ate appropriately in fact, my daughter said I don’t eat enough. Inflammation is real.
Took Lasix and Potassium
May take it tomorrow. Got to get the water off and the lbs will follow. Have an amazing day!🥀🌻🌈🌈
