I know.. Being back from Holiday and starting to eat well again and train is really a hard thing to do. It sucks! Big time. But I did do it though, just keep on going and it will get better itself..
64.2 kg Lost so far: 9.2 kg.    Still to go: 7.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
