Weight seems to slowly be coming off again. I am today at 117 kgs, 200 grams less than yesterday. 400 more and I am at a new low. I am thankful that the damages were limited after saturday night's party.
Life is good! :)
117 kg Lost so far: 38 kg.    Still to go: 32 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
