Almost a 2lb. jump, I hate this yo-yo effect..I was still about -700 calories and I still bounce like a rubber ball at times, so close to my goal too. These last few pounds are definitely the hardest.
80.0 kg Lost so far: 40.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
