Considering it was my birthday on Monday and while I stuck to my new way of eating, I had 7 fajita wraps during the week ( I ate 3 at dinner on Monday and had the others on 2 other nights). I had enough left from my birthday meal to last 3 nights in total and I allowed myself a 3rd of a slice of cheesecake bringing the rest home for a third of a slice on 2 other nights.
Not good I know, but not terrible for me either as I could have easily eaten the whole meal in one night prior to starting the new lifestyle changes.
I feel good that I didn't gain, but was not so happy about not losing more.
I feel good about my decision and look forward to keeping things headed in the right direction.
