I am wanting to eat. Also want to continue fasting. Really dislike ambivalent feelings/desires.
99.7 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 32.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

why do you need to fast? just eat when you want, stay in a calorie deficit and you will lose weight. fasting isn't anything magical.
