I anticipate a weight gain in a couple days. This is the first time I have hit 185 since I started. I will take all my losses and gains. Stay positive folks. We all can do this. We are working together to make it happen.
84.3 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
