OMG Arrival korea 1 week .weigh increase 😂😂😂 ha ha ha. i ate a lot . since i am in korea eat only 2meal but rice 300g /meal (normal eat only 100-120g) meat over 100g/per meal (normal 60-80g) snack ㅋㅋㅋㅋ i love korean snack 😆😆😆 anyway i so happy to live here.so many veggy that i can eat😍😍😍
77 kg Lost so far: 19.5 kg.    Still to go: 17 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
