Wow this is crazy...not been eating anything remoting related to my diet. I have lost 2 more pounds. Have not been eating decent meal, not enough protein- I even ate Raisin crumb pie and had an apple dumpling for DINNER. I am not planning on eating like this for any long period of time. Making a turkey tomorrow or Saturday- so I have some protein. Any way I'll get my act together and soon. Have a HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE!!!!
