I DON'T know how I'm losing weight?

So I have up trying to be low carb and just stated eating normally. Carbs , fat, protein, chips. And now I've lost about 4 lbs. my stomach is so much flatter too!. also my calorie count is way up there. I wish they had a way on this app to add Gluten free items without me having to make an entry for every single item :/
55.0 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
