@jessyline - Yes. I spike them on purpose on the weekends! It's my way of rewarding myself for the strict week and also to allow for the "zig-zag" in my intake. It's definitely "a way" to cut fat. It is working but I may be leveling a bit. So this week I am trying something a bit different. Going to change my protein intake a bit because I feel I have been taking in waaaay too much for my body weight. The thing is I am torn because I know how much effort I exert at the gym, so I am afraid that by lowering my protein I will mess with my performance. We shall see.
