Spiked the calories last night with sushi...AGAIN =P.


Amazing sushi though - it was ranked "best voted" for 2010 at one the local tv channels.
54.8 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.5 kg a Week

Did you spike your calories on purpose? If I remember well you cycle your calories, would you say it's the best way to cut body fat? It's been forever I didn't eat good sushi... Glad you enjoyed them!

@jessyline - Yes. I spike them on purpose on the weekends! It's my way of rewarding myself for the strict week and also to allow for the "zig-zag" in my intake. It's definitely "a way" to cut fat. It is working but I may be leveling a bit. So this week I am trying something a bit different. Going to change my protein intake a bit because I feel I have been taking in waaaay too much for my body weight. The thing is I am torn because I know how much effort I exert at the gym, so I am afraid that by lowering my protein I will mess with my performance. We shall see.
