I think it’s just water weight. But it’s still a small motivation for me to keep going. We can do it! 💪

Water weight counts! When you go to the doctor, he wants to know your total weight (and for good reason - it’s hard on your heart, lungs, joints and a lot more.) He doesn’t ask how much of the weight is extra fluid. Mine never has, anyway! So … well done!
