Broke a 👑 Saturday evening eating popcorn might have something to do with this as Sunday eating was not pleasant.

98.6 kg Lost so far: 14.7 kg. Still to go: 12.9 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

me too. I got an "acute" appointment for wednesday. will see how many weeks before I get to bite properly again.
