My weight seemed to bottom out! I tried a vegetarian diet for two weeks. No more hunger pains and weight is reducing. Yes; I do miss eating animals; they taste so good. Try it; you may like it too.
89.4 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

so are you eating dairy? I've tried vegan and I found it very challenging. vegetarian, I might me able to do. I eat eggs every day.

Yes. Milk and cheese. And an occasional egg or two.

I dropped meat and dairy last December after gallbladder removal. Was suppose to eat lf for 2 weeks while healing. Liked it, so kept it up. Down 22 pounds so far and off bp rx. I still have fish and eggs occasionally, but eat mostly “vegan” now.
