I regained some weight today, but that is what I expected after dropping a full kilo yesterday. Still feel bloated, constipated and generally out of whack. Weigh IS slowly coming down again though - but it goes sooooo slow...
At least it's coming down. I think I don't move enough - gotta work more on that.

Life is good!
