Not the best weight loss but still a step in the right direction. Last week I did 1 of the planned 2 workouts. After my new tattoo I was more swollen and sore than I thought I’d be, and I caught my husbands cold that he has had for the past week. I didn’t eat as good as I should have and over ate my calories. BUT while waiting for my daughter to be done with dance class I walked 30 minutes around town, she has class 2 days a week. For our 4H meeting we met at a youth club that has roller skating, I went out and roller skated with the kids; not because I needed another workout for the week to check off but because I use to love skating, and it’s been probably 15-16 years since the last time I’ve done it.

This weeks goals:

Workouts-Do 3 workouts from 80 day obsession, 2 with weights and 1 cardio.
Find opportunities throughout the day to move more.

Mom- To make all the kid appointments on time and not become overly stressed over it. Doing parent teacher conferences over zoom in the car while the kid activities are going on is going to be a thing this week as my husband is traveling for work around the state.

Mentally- Push all the what if’s of planning out of my head, is that person judging me and my outfit or how I’m doing things etc. the negative thoughts are so hard especially with holidays approaching and possible family coming to visit and since I was judged a lot as a kid by them I’m stressed about EVERYTHING related to the holidays.
89.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 16.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
