Down FOUR! That is much better. Now that the momentum is going in the right direction, I have to work at keeping it in that direction.
Joined a Walking Challenge - have no idea how to add progress but will figure that out - eventually.

116.1 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 59.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
