6 weeks of strength training complete. Finally got a good night of sleep. First time in about 4 months. I feel amazing. I envy the people that get a good sleep every night.
65.6 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 9.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 5.7 kg a Week
