Just found I am pre diabetic was told to give potatos bread and pasta. What else is there. I am a carb person. Guess anything is possible so I will give it a try.

There is some great diabetic magazines. I see them at the supermarket and they have some amazing recipes in them. You can learn to make things and still enjoy food. You might also consult a nutritionist to help you adopt a healthful program.
