been staying on track really well during the last couple week, still figuring out healthier options for going out on the weekends. slowly figuring out what works. after this weekend, my weight was up actually 6lb, i know that it was water weight or bloating but it still is annoying to see that on the scale, like my hard work is poof! gone... i didnt actually record that weigh in and today i am back .2 below my last recording.

since i work-from-home, my activity level is super low, and i don't have much energy to be active outside of work quite yet, so i know weight loss will be pretty slow. this has disheartened me in the past but i know if i stick with it, slow is way way better than nothing.

i am eating very healthfully - almost all whole foods plant based, heavily limiting processed foods almost completely and no oil. i did have some halloween candy though over the weekend though! i am continually working on improving my at home environment so i am more set up for success - slowing going through snacky trigger foods and sweets, etc. and the plan moving forward will be not keeping it in the house. thankfully my boyfriend is helping eat through that stuff! all in all, doing pretty okay, just slow.
104.4 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 13.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
